The Right Kind of Support
There’s a lot of research showing the benefits of having doula support.
We don’t call ourselves magic workers, and won’t guarantee that your baby will be the cutest grandkid in the family, but doula support can help decrease both the length of your labour and your chance of having a c-section, increase your chances of a vaginal delivery without medication (only if you want to!) and help ensure you have a better birth experience.
As one obstetrician said, “If a doula were a drug, it would be unethical not to use it.”
So what is it doulas are doing that makes us so great?
- We answer your middle of the night call when you’re not sure if you’re in labour or not.
- We guide your partner in how to best massage you and coach them on how to give you the support you need.
- Help you navigate through the medical system and give you specific tools to cope with pain, make decisions and ask the right questions when you’re not sure what’s happening.
We offer birth doula and postpartum doula support packages that help take care of everything. This means:
- We’re there at the moment your baby is born and still there when it’s time to feed them for the first time.
- We show up in the early days at home, when you’re tired and emotional and can’t remember what day it is.
- We remind you to eat, *and* we make the food for you.
- We teach you how to soothe your baby and we let you sleep with the comfort that your baby is in good hands.
Forget what you’ve been told: Having a baby isn’t “supposed” to be hard. If there was a way to make this experience more joyful, less painful, and easier, why wouldn’t you?

Postpartum Doula Support
Our hands-on postpartum doula support is exactly what every new family needs. Our doulas are trained in postpartum recovery, breastfeeding support, and have tons of experience with fresh newborns.
We’ll make sure you’re well rested, that baby is fed and cared for and have all your new parent questions answered before we leave. We start each visit finding out what you need most that day. Then we take care of the whole family, not just the little bundle everyone else is coming to see.
Our packages vary by a la carte pricing to packages covering the first few months or more. You decide how much doula support your family needs.
Pricing: Packages start at $48/hr (bundle with prenatal classes or birth support and save!)
Overnight Doula Support
Get some sleep! Let us help you care for your baby throughout the night, or if you’re ready we can fully take-over so that you can get a full night’s rest.
Many of our clients search for night nurses in Montreal or night nannies to help them out when the extreme fatigue hits. We bring our skills to help with breastfeeding and pumping support, your postpartum recovery whether vaginal birth or c-section, and have the experience to understand the emotions that come with the postpartum period. We also let you schedule flexibly, when you need it most.
Prices: Starting at $375/8 hours
